Agent Support Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Agent Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, providing essential support to our growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage various tasks will contribute significantly to the overall success of our sales initiatives.

Duties

• Assist in managing client inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and provide information about products and services.
• Provide exceptional client services by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records in our database.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare reports and presentations as needed.
• Support office operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed with the Texas Department of Insurance
• Previous experience in an insurance office environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accuracy.
• Ability to analyze information effectively to support decision-making processes.
• Competent in using office software and computerized systems for daily tasks.
• Excellent typing skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
