Responsibilities

- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and on time
- Manage personal and commercial insurance policies, including endorsements and claims
- Assist clients with necessary documentation for policy updates
- Monitor policy performance and resolve any coverage, billing, or claim issues
- Handle complex or escalated client concerns with professionalism and care
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in insurance management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of personal and commercial insurance products and processes
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively
- Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach
