Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from clients and provide prompt and accurate assistance
- Address customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and claims
- Process policy updates, renewals, and cancellations. This includes speaking with mortgage companies to keep policies up to date
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues, underwriting and ensure exceptional client experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of insurance terminology and policies is a plus
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software
- Must be able to study for 4-40 license and obtain the 4-40 license
- Reliable Transportation
