Responsibilities:
- High Volume Insurance Offices
_ Must Be willing to Move from one office to another within reasonable distance
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately
- Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a must
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued
