Duties:
-High Volume Insurance Office
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries or issues
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer accounts to identify trends and patterns, and offer personalized recommendations
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and seamless customer service
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak fluent English and Spanish is a must
- Strong sales skills to upsell products or services when appropriate
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling difficult customers with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions
