- Assist with cash handling processes when necessary, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Uphold company policies while delivering high-quality customer support.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in client services or cash handling is a plus.
