Overview
We are seeking motivated Life and Health Insurance Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating clients about insurance products, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service. You should have a deep understanding of Life and Health products and regulations, along with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Educate clients on the benefits of life and health insurance policies
- Assess clients' insurance needs and present suitable options
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after sales
- Stay updated on insurance products and industry regulation
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
