The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Generate, compile and analyze various reports based on department/unit needs across various human resources systems•Create survey forms/questionaries•Track and analyze responses needed for developing reports•Manage and maintain various excel reports ensuring data accuracy and integrity•Assist with tracking Career Mobility Workshops, and unit analysis•Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time to relevant stake holders/management•Update SharePoint Recruitment, Career Mobility, and Exit Interview files•Process and track human resources transactions pertaining to 55 b/c, promotions, transfers and new hires•Assist with any administrative tasks related to data management of designation evaluation folders and miscellaneous projects as requested

Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: •Reachable on current Civil Service eligible list for this title; OR•One year of permanent, competitive class service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 or Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law. Eligible titles include, but aren’t limited to: Assistant Insurance Fund Services Representative, Administrative Assistant 1, Office Assistant 3Preferred Qualifications: •Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Pivot Tables•Knowledgeable in Adobe CS Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere •Experience working in high volume •Strong written and oral communication skills•Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret information and formulate conclusions, strategies, and recommendations•Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Please be advised that the New York State Insurance Fund does not offer sponsorship for employment visas to employees or potential employees.
