As a Commercial Insurance Producer, you will respond to inbound commercial insurance requests and make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of commercial insurance products and services.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact between the company and commercial insurance prospects, customers, and vendors.
Develop an insurance quote pipeline by utilizing existing phone and email lists as well as previously quoted prospects in addition to consistent inbound lead requests.
Answer calls and texts, respond to quote requests and qualify prospects. Make sales presentations, and close new business. Process policy endorsements, claims and help with billing for commercial products.
Advocate for our prospects and clients by coordinating with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other insurance professionals to grow our business and to deliver for our clients.
Requirements
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Great organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
- Capable of handling customer rejection.
- A degree is preferred, but not necessary, if you are hardworking and reliable.
- 2 years' work experience in customer service, or insurance industry is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office products.
- Have a Property and Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain it.
