Insurance Incorporated is a thriving independent insurance agency with direct appointments from industry leaders like Mercury, Travelers, and Safeco. We're expanding and seeking a goal-driven insurance professional to join our dynamic team!
Position: Personal Lines Sales and Service Agent (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Locations: We have 8 offices across California and Utah, and we continue to expand, offering you a fantastic opportunity to grow within our company.
Hours:
- Option 1: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays - Flexible Days
- Option 2: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays - Flexible Days
- Option 3: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays - Flexible Days

Our average commission ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 per month, on top of your hourly wage. We provide ample preferred leads to keep you busy and help you achieve your financial goals.
What You'll Do:
- Process endorsements
- Write new business
- Answer phones and make courtesy calls
- Take payments
- Re-quote and cross-sell existing accounts
- Assist clients with questions and provide exceptional service
Minimum Qualifications:
- Hold a P&C license with at least 2 years of insurance experience
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in Windows computers, PL Rater, Carrier Raters, Windows, and Outlook
- Excellent phone etiquette and people skills
- Positive attitude and industrious nature
- Customer Service Oriented
