Insurance Lounge is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in our Grants Pass, OR location. Previous customer service experience, comfort with technology, and a positive, motivated attitude are preferred to be considered for this position. A valid insurance license and prior licensed insurance experience are required.
Primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Attending to client requests online and over the telephone;
- Assisting agents with their appointments, renewals & new sales;
- Proactive outreach to current customers & potential new customers;
- Ensure client records are maintained within the client management database;
- Address day-to-day client matters in a timely manner, including questions and issues surrounding claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates.
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous experience with customer service and insurance;
- Valid insurance license and licensed insurance experience;
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
- Ability to work independently and complete service work in a timely manner;
- Produce high quality, professional informational materials for clients, as needed;
- Ability to clearly explain the details and implications of coverages to clients.
