Job Description:
Title: Laser Printer Technician - 10-99 position
Location: Volusia County area
About The Role: Technology Solutions of America (TSOA), a subsidiary of Insurance Office of America, is looking for a full-time Contract Services (1099) Laser Printer Technician to support a large, multi-location account in the Volusia County area. This person will be technically responsible for repairing black and white printers, color printers, and MFP devices. This is a key position that requires a minimum of one year of experience troubleshooting and repairing laser printers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Printer Repair: Diagnose and repair black and white printers, color printers, and MFP devices.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on laser printers to ensure optimal performance.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve technical issues related to printer hardware and software.
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for printer-related problems.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Service Ticket Management: Ensure timely completion of service tickets and customer requests.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
- Technology Updates: Stay updated on the latest printer technologies and repair techniques.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Travel: Travel to various client locations within the Volusia County area as needed.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during repair and maintenance activities.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience troubleshooting and repairing laser printers.
- Reliable transportation and an insured vehicle.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Open availability to handle tickets from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
