What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Account Manager – Employee Benefits, you’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and expertise to clients while managing and growing an assigned book of business. Your role will include:

Providing proactive client support and anticipating needs to deliver exceptional experiences.

Leading and mentoring account teams to ensure productivity, quality, and service standards are met.

Managing new business onboarding, renewals, and compliance audits.

Identifying growth opportunities and delivering value-added solutions for clients.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Ensuring high accuracy in data management and adhering to industry best practices.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of employee benefits or related industry experience.
  • Leadership experience managing account teams is a plus.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise is a bonus!).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work with precision and attention to detail.

USD $80,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
