Title: Team Support – Personal Lines

Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Receptionist: Serve as front desk receptionist as required, including professionally greeting and announcing visitors.
- Manage Phone Calls: Manage incoming phone calls for the organization, answering calls professionally and quickly routing them to the appropriate person or accurately recording and relaying messages.
- Administrative Duties: Perform administrative and general office duties, including processing/distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Monitor Email boxes: Monitor general branch e-mail boxes and forward emails to the appropriate recipient.
- Carrier Reports: Pull carrier reports for UW memos, cancellations, reinstatements, etc.
- Claims Support: Support the claims entry functions and process.
- Document Scanning: Scan account/policy documents as directed.
- File and Scan Documents: File and scan documents as needed in the office.
- Assist with Payments: Assist in walk-ins or over-the-phone payments.
- Download Policy Documents: Download policy documents from carrier websites.
- Order Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies.
- Mail Policy Packets: Mail out policy packets for clients.
- Review Policy Checklists: Review new policy checklists and follow through to completion.
- Send Renewal Notices: Assist with sending out renewal notices.
- Generate ID Cards: Generate client auto ID cards, evidence of insurance, or binder requests.
- Process Endorsements: Process endorsements to update effective dates, change mortgagees, update addresses, or any personal contact information.
- Handle Cancellations: Handle all cancellation requests initiated by the insured and notices of cancellations due to non-payment.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
