Job Summary

The Sales Professional is responsible for cultivating new sales leads and leveraging the Agency’s existing client relationships to drive business growth. Duties include generating leads, meeting or exceeding the Agency sales goals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining healthy client relationships over time including a focus on client renewal/retention.

Requirements

  • Must have active Life & Health license in the State of Ohio or be successful at obtaining licensure within the first month of employment;
  • Four-year degree in business related field is preferred;
  • Demonstrated successful direct or inside sales experience;
  • Must have strong selling and communication skills.
