What You’ll Do as a Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent:

• Guide clients through the enrollment process, helping them understand ACA-compliant health plans.
• Conduct personalized needs assessments to match individuals and families with the best coverage options.
• Build trust and long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with a consultative, client-focused approach.
• Stay current on ACA regulations, subsidy qualifications, and plan updates to provide accurate advice.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated sales professionals with:

• An active Health Insurance License and 1 years of experience in ACA enrollments
• Knowledge of Marketplace/Exchange plans and subsidy qualifications
• A multi-state license (preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills (a plus!)
• Strong consultative selling and client-focused abilities
• Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRMs and virtual enrollment platforms
• A career-driven mindset with a passion for growth and self-improvement
