DUTIES & RESPPONSIBILITIES
As the CFO, you will provide critical insights through forecasting, planning, and performance analysis to guide our business strategies. You will lead finance-related functions and play an active role in the company’s growth by:
Managing all aspects of accounting, including balance sheets, P&L, financials, taxes, and mandatory state filings.
Applying your expertise in Statutory Accounting and GAAP to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
Collaborating with leadership to set business goals, create actionable plans, and identify performance improvement opportunities.
Overseeing business planning, risk management, investment management, and financial forecasting.
Ensuring resources align with strategic goals, driving financial health and organizational growth.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
12 years of accounting and finance experience in a P&C insurance carrier.
A hands-on, collaborative approach to leadership and a passion for entrepreneurial environments.
Deep expertise in Statutory and GAAP accounting, with experience in reinsurance, tax, and investment management.
Proven leadership experience, including 5 years in a finance leadership role with staff oversight.
CPA designation preferred, though not required.
Salary : $250,000 - $300,000
