ABOUT THE ROLE
Client is a full-service transportation solutions company offering commuter shuttle, on-demand shuttles, last-mile shuttle, and intercampus shuttle services.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Auto Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for a contract role. This individual is responsible for managing and resolving complex bodily injury claims arising from commercial auto policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claim evaluation, liability assessment, and settlement negotiations, ensuring fair and efficient claim resolutions while maintaining compliance with company policies and state regulations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate commercial auto bodily injury claims to resolution.
Assess coverage, liability, and damages while ensuring accurate claim reserves.
Analyze medical records, accident reports, and legal documentation to determine claim value.
Communicate with claimants, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service while effectively managing caseloads
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
3 years of commercial auto bodily injury claims experience required.
Strong knowledge of liability laws, insurance policies, and claim handling practices.
Experience interpreting medical records and negotiating settlements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
