Job Description:
- Servicing commercial insurance accounts ranging from small to mid-size market accounts
- Strengthen and maintain current client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust, service delivery, and professionalism
- Quote new business, market renewals, update policies under the direction of the Account Executive/Producer
- Processing certificates, notices of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements
- Resolve any client claims issues, making sure they are handled efficiently and urgently
