Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid - Irvine, CA
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing insurance company and make further advancements in the insurance space? This growing Irvine-based brokerage wants to add an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for staying in direct contact with clients and providing excellent customer service
- Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client
- Responsible for marketing new and renewal business
- Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
- Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
- Assisting in the gathering of renewal exposure information with the producer
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications Needed to Thrive:
- P&C license required
- 3 years of Commercial Lines Account Management at a retail brokerage
- Experience with Large Sized Commercial Accounts on a generalist book of business
- Proficiency in Applied Epic
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
