Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience - You have at least 4 years of Account Management experience with a general book of business. Experience with Agriculture accounts is a plus!!
- Licensed - Active Property & Casualty license
- Knowledge - You are extremely knowledgeable of insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting procedures
- Software – You have experience using agency management software, Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position (Preference for those who have experience with Applied EPIC)
Responsibilities:
- Provide a phenomenal customer service experience to all clients
- Verify policies with submission, quotation, and proposals
- Make any proposal changes and quotations from client meetings with the producer
- Thoroughly check endorsements via Account Executive requests
- Prepare applications for submission with underwriting information provided by the producer
- Follow up with Markets for quotations and issue auto ID cards
- Create the proposal booklets under the direction of the Account Executive
