Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager - Hybrid - Irvine, CA

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Provide helpful and professional service and insurance needs to Account Managers and clients
- Process binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc.
- Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, etc.
- Give excellent customer service via phone and email
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Qualifications Needed to Thrive:
- P&C license required
- 2 years of Commercial Lines Account Assistant experience at a retail brokerage
- Experience with Commercial Accounts on a generalist book of business
- Proficiency in EPIC
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
