Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience - You have 1-2 years of employee benefits experience in the insurance industry
- License - Active Life & Health License
- Language - Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
- Knowledge - You are very knowledgeable of insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting procedures
- Software - You are familiar with Applied EPIC, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and other database management systems
The Position:
- Daily collaboration in assisting Account Managers
- Reviews and checks policies, endorsements, audits, certificates, etc.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, summaries, and schedules of coverage for clients
- Assists with preparations and proposals for clients
- Review and input applications and create letters and other forms of correspondence
- Review contracts and client accounting history and inquiries
