Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience - You have 3 years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experience
- Licensed - Active Life & Health license
- Software - MS Office, carrier websites, Ease and Employee Navigator experience is preferred
- Book of Business - You have experience with small and large groups
The Position:
- Responsible for servicing accounts of mostly small to large groups
- Build and maintain client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust and professionalism
- Assist heavily with open enrollments
- Processing endorsements, proposals, renewals, etc.
- Requests for information and documentation
