What we need from you:
- 3-5 years of Accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Accounting designations are preferred but not required
- Experience at a retail brokerage/insurance agency is a plus!
- Proficient with insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
The Position:
- Responsible for managing all the financial details related to insurance, from policies to premiums and commissions.
- This role offers a chance to handle it all: from processing financials and managing reconciliations to creating reports, conducting research, and communicating with key players.
- You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance and helping manage risks – a full spectrum of accounting responsibilities.
