What we need from you:
Experienced - You have 1-3 years of Employee Benefits Account Management experience
Account Experience - You have small group experience (under 100 lives)
License- You have your active Life & Health license
Software - You are proficient with HealthConnect management system
Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Manages claims and coverage issues for clients
Keep important documentation of all transactions in the management system
Assist with client billing and audits
Manages client reports, renewal, marketing, open enrollment, and special projects
Deliver quality customer service support to clients
Collaborate with Marketing Department
Assist with conducting benefits webinars and presentations for clients and employees
