The Company:
A highly respected insurance agency is looking to add a Personal Lines Account Manager to join the personal lines team. As an established agency with over 20 years of experience in business, it thrives on creating a collaborative environment and ensuring client satisfaction.

What we need from you:
- 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager
- Experience at a retail brokerage/insurance agency is required
- Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Experience with quoting home, auto, boat, fire, etc
- Carrier knowledge
- Proficient with insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
The Position:
- Assist with renewing and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Answer any client’s questions on billing, claims, coverage, etc.
- Utilize marketing strategies to create new business opportunities by conducting outside sales.
- Compile data on insurance policy changes and records
- Oversee services, coverages, pricing, and proposals, and finalize sales
