What we need from you:
- Experience - You have at least 5 years of Workers’ Compensation experience
- Certification - SIP certification required
- Mathematical and Analytical - Ability to review data and make actionable recommendations based on the information.
- Comprehensive Knowledge - Understanding of Worker’s Compensation guidelines and compliance obligations.
- Software - You are proficient with Microsoft Office and other database management systems
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with new claims from opening until satisfactory completion, evidence, and fact-gathering surrounding claims
- Assuring all claims have a workable plan of action
- Reviewing billing summaries
- Identifying any signs of fraud and making proper referrals for further investigation
- Pursue subrogation when necessary, and offer superior customer service to all parties involved
