Commercial Lines Account Executive: Construction Risk Vertical

My client is a National Insurance Brokerage. This is a hybrid role based out of Bothell, WA. You will be the an Account Executive supporting the Producer team with responsibility for some of the brokerage's key Puget Sound construction and builder's risk accounts. This is an add to staff role due to growth. EPIC is used.

This is a client facing role which will require periodic WA state travel with the Producer for key renewal meetings and other deliverables. You will lead the weekly team staff meetings, monitor workflow, adherence to procedures, and you will serve as the primary relationship manager for the clients. You will be a key player in hiring new team members and creating a career growth program for them to help them reach their full potential. You will also work closely with Carriers to build relationships by partnering with them to create the best cost-effective strategies for your insureds.

This role is ideal for an Insurance Construction Risk AE with strong team leadership/mentoring skills. You MUST have a P & C Insurance license, AE experience, technical Construction and Builder’s risk insurance knowledge in an agency/brokerage setting with a proven track record of team leadership and high level client communications to be considered for this role.
