Commercial Lines Account Manager--Remote for OR, ID, or WA Residents Only

If you live in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho, have your P & C insurance license, and have insurance brokerage Commercial Lines Account Manager generalist experience in an independent agency with accounts of $20,000 premium or more, this new remote role, this new role could be a great fit.

My client is a growing insurance brokerage in the Pacific Northwest. They are hiring a new Commercial Insurance Account Manager to handle their generalist book of accounts that have $20,000 premium or higher. The agency is on EPIC. This is a busy book with lots of contractors, farms, wholesale distribution, and other Pacific Northwest based businesses. These are primarily house accounts, and you will not have a lot of direct producer involvement. You can work from your home office and will be expected to be able to manage your book without direct supervision.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide general service to Commercial Insurance clients, including processing endorsements, making changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and answering policy questions.
• Process renewals of accounts, including Agency Billed E&S policies.
• Handle rewrites and re-marketing activities, involving the Account Executive as needed.
• Write new business accounts.
• Cross-sell current clients to round accounts.

The agency is laid back, low stress, and a fun place to work. They provide a great benefits package. This is a Mon to Fri PST role. Salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 based on years of independent agency experience and commercial lines coverage knowledge.

Candidates need an active P & C license, experience working as a licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager in an independent insurance agency and have a working knowledge of Applied EPIC.

You must reside in either WA, OR, or ID to be considered for this role.
