My client is well-established independent Portland area insurance brokerage. They are looking for a new Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role requires generalist commercial coverage knowledge and experience working middle market renewals. Farm and Ag coverage knowledge is a huge plus.
You will be managing policy renewals from start to finish and will have help from assistants. The agency is on EPIC. This is a hybrid role with at least 1 day/week in office. The office is in Portland and will be relocating to a brand-new Beaverton location in early 2025. Parking is free.
The company offers excellent medical benefits with very little out of pocket cost, 401K and profit sharing with match, free parking, and paid continuing education. Year-end bonus is also included based on company performance.
Candidates need to have an OR P & C license and a min of 3 years of commercial lines experience with full cycle middle market renewal and marketing/underwriter negotiating experience.
