Qualifications:
- Valid California Fire & Casualty License.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience managing middle market to large commercial accounts in a brokerage firm.
- A good grasp of Commercial Lines coverages, laws, codes, regulations, insurance terminology and concepts, and policy structure.
- A solid commitment to total client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and agency management systems like EPIC or AMS360.
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, along with a positive attitude and excellent presentation abilities.
- Ability to multi-task, work well in a team environment, and meet deadlines.
