Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding their accounts, including changes and updates.
- Requote accounts as necessary and process renewals with accurate paperwork.
- Review policies to ensure accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Process payments and update client information.
- Issue insurance documentation, including Certificates of Insurance (COI) and ID cards.
- Implement policy changes as needed.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements: Candidate will be already be licensed with experience in commercial insurance.
- Positive attitude and strong team player.
- Experience with AMS 360 is preferred.
- Background from a larger agency with robust workflows and processes is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
