Lead Innovation Analyst - Regulatory and Compliance Solutions

The analyst will drive innovation by creating solutions that enhance data accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve the overall client experience.

The role involves collaboration across multiple departments to implement strategies aligned with business goals and emerging technologies.

A key focus will be on integrating modern digital solutions to streamline workflows and reporting processes. The successful candidate will work with key leaders and subject matter experts to gain consensus on a path forward and will define a pilot execution plan that includes key activities, deliverables, and performance indicators, balancing a strategic mindset with practical results. Throughout the process and once implemented, the analyst will create the necessary communication plan and material to ensure successful adoption by both internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Develop Standardized Reporting Processes
• Drive the development and implementation of standardized reporting processes that align with evolving regulatory and compliance requirements, as well as industry best practices.
• Ensure that the standards developed promote transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in reporting processes.
• Modernize Client Reporting Workflow Solutions
• Design and implement innovative workflow solutions aimed at improving the customer experience, with an emphasis on digital transformation.
• Utilize technology to enhance the efficiency of reporting processes.
• Change Management
• Support the development and execution of change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new data reporting standards and modernized workflows.
• Create communication plans and training programs to fully prepare and support internal teams and clients throughout the transition.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred insurance certifications such as CPCU, IDMA, etc.
