We are actively looking for a motivated and determined individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively developing and expanding your book of business. To excel in this role, it is crucial to provide excellent customer service and consistently follow up to drive sales. If you are career-minded and achievement-driven, we strongly recommend you submit your application. The annual base salary is $30,000 - $40,000, determined by experience. With added commission and other variables, may make up to $60,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
- Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
- Ensure consistent communication with clients to address their needs and concerns.
- Promptly communicate with leads obtained from referrals, networking, and other sources.
- Consistently seek out opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
- Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, such as updating policies.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalency. Associates degree/bachelor's degree is a BONUS
- North Carolina Property and Casualty License Required.
- 2 years of insurance experience required
- Proficient with Agency Management Systems (AMS) and Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
- Show professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the team
- Able to problem-solve independently
