Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent
Location: Remote
Job Opportunity: This is a Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Agent role with a base pay of $35K annually.
Total Compensation: $75K to $100K annually with top producers earning over $100K annually.
Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM (CST)
Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:
- Outbound and inbound sales communication
- Composing emails and text messages
- Offering additional products to existing customers
- Achieving performance goals: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis
- Participating in professional development and training
Requirements:
- 2 of years of Insurance Sales Experience
- Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your state
- Ability to obtain non-resident licenses
- Sales production of 30 items per month
- Have a stable and reliable internet connection
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A drive for success
