Auto Body Shop Claim Rep

Job Summary:

The Auto Body Shop Claim Representative is responsible for handling insurance claims related to vehicle damage, ensuring efficient and accurate processing. This role involves working closely with customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians to assess damage, process claims, and facilitate repairs while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Claim Processing & Assessment:
• Review and process auto body shop claims efficiently.
• Inspect vehicle damage and assess repair costs.
• Work with insurance adjusters to ensure proper claim handling.
• Maintain documentation and records for all claims.
• Customer Service:
• Communicate with customers regarding claim status and repair timelines.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide guidance on insurance processes and claim settlements.
• Insurance & Repair Coordination:
• Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure claims meet coverage requirements.
• Coordinate with body shop technicians to schedule repairs.
• Ensure compliance with insurance policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in auto body repair, claims processing, or insurance adjusting.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and insurance claim procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, such as OEM repair procedures and insurance policies, is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
