This is a full-time, on-site position that supports our FEMA NFIP Direct flood insurance contract. Starting wage : $54,000-$67,500, DOE. How will you contribute? You will be part of an amazing team of examiners who love their job almost as much as they love football! You will serve as the primary point of contact for individuals affected by property and flood events. Your responsibilities will include handling and processing property / flood claim settlements and interacting with agents, policyholders, vendors, and adjusting firms. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while adhering to guidelines and promoting client retention and acquisition.
Requirements :
Skills & Experience to Be Successful : If you are a people person with excellent communication skills who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can explain complex insurance coverage applications to a variety of audiences, then you will excel with Taurus LLC claims. Your ability to stay calm under pressure will help you succeed in this role!
Preferred Skills to Stand Out :
Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in Property / Flood claims.
