$35,000 - $100,000 commission DOE
Responsibilities:- Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
- Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
- Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries
- If not licensed in P&C, it would be a goal for you to get licensed in the first few months of employment
- Previous customer service experience required for this position
- Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software

Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5:30. You will be asked to attend early morning, evening, and an occasional Saturday meeting for either networking or to support local and community events.
