About the Role
Since 2016, Insured ASAP Insurance has been helping businesses and individuals find the right insurance solutions. We’re a rapidly growing agency that specializes in niche markets, including commercial auto insurance. If you’ve got at least one year of experience in personal auto insurance and want to take the next step into commercial auto insurance, I’ll provide you with the training and tools you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do
- Sell to High-Intent Leads: You’ll work with individuals who are actively searching for insurance solutions they can’t find anywhere else. No chasing junk or recycled leads bought in bulk from questionable sources.
- Stay Organized: Follow up with prospects consistently to convert them into customers. I’ll make sure you have the tools you need to stay on top of your leads.
- Client Support: You’ll also handle occasional service tasks to keep our customers happy and coming back.
- Master Technology: Be ready to adapt to different tech platforms for quoting, data entry, phone systems, and text messaging.
- Certificates of Insurance: You don’t need to be an expert, but a basic understanding of COIs will go a long way, and I’ll help you build your knowledge.
Who I’m Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year of personal auto insurance experience is required.
- Bilingual: A large number of our clients speak Spanish. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Sales-Driven: I’m looking for someone who doesn’t want to just live paycheck to paycheck. You should have personal goals, want to make real money, and have a drive to build something meaningful in your career.
- Tech-Savvy: You should be able to quickly adapt to tools like insurance carrier platforms (e.g., Progressive), phone systems, and texting platforms.
- Organized: I need someone who can keep track of leads and follow up until the job is done.
- Eager to Learn: If you’re new to commercial auto insurance, that’s okay—I’ll train you.

Compensation
Besides the hourly compensation, monthly incentives are conservatively estimated to range between $700 and $1,100 during the first three months.
You’ll also have a clear plan for your income growth, and I’ll lay out realistic, achievable expectations during our interview.
