The pay range for an Administrative Assistant is $18 - $20 hourly (based on experience)
What You Will Do:
The Administrative Assistant supports InsureOne’s office operations by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, playing a key role in maintaining a positive and welcoming office environment. We are seeking a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, approachable attitude to ensure seamless support across all administrative functions.
- Monitor and distribute emails across multiple departments to ensure timely communication.
- Process updates and changes to existing customer policies accurately and efficiently.
- Review and verify policy signatures for compliance and completeness.
- Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries to relevant departments.
- Address customer complaints by identifying solutions and offering suitable alternatives for resolution.
