The pay range for an Account Manager is $20 - $23 / hour based on experience
What You Will Do:
The Account Manager is a licensed professional responsible for efficiently and accurately handling underwriting requests received via fax and email. This role supports departmental service objectives and contributes to overall team and department goals through precise, timely service delivery.
- Ensure a 24-48 hour turnaround on all incoming items.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Analyze applicant information to determine eligibility.
- Accurately enter data into the Agency Management System.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Actively work towards achieving departmental goals and objectives.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and colleagues.
- Handle and complete special projects efficiently and on time.
Our Ideal Candidate:

Key Attributes:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Property & Casualty license
- 1 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on Commercial Automobile, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Property
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing a personalized, high-quality client experience
Preferred Attributes:
- Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not required
