The pay range for the Manager of Customer Service is $50,000 - $110,000 / year performance-based bonuses

To support a seamless transition, we are offering the opportunity to work remotely for about one month. This remote period will allow you to onboard, receive training, and prepare before transitioning to our brand-new office, which is set to open in June.

The role will be based onsite at 30 Waterside Dr, Ste 201, Farmington, CT 06032.

What You Will Do:

InsureOne is seeking a results-driven and dynamic leader to oversee our upcoming Customer Service team in Farmington. This role is responsible for supervising daily team performance, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include resolving escalated customer issues, building strong client relationships, maintaining operational excellence, and executing business plans to achieve production and active customer goals.   • Supervise the daily performance and productivity of the Customer Service team to ensure alignment with business goals and service standards
  • Drive business growth and customer retention by proactively building strong client relationships and educating customers on insurance products that best meet their needs
  • Coach and mentor team members to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company values
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve operational goals, monitoring team performance to ensure success across all assigned customer portfolios
  • Handle escalated customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Lead the execution of all Branch Operational Excellence (BOE) standards to maintain high levels of quality, compliance, and performance

Key Attributes:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • 3 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service
  • 3 years of experience in staff management or team leadership
  • Proven success in generating new business, retaining existing clients, and cross-selling additional lines of insurance
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Skilled in delivering a personalized, white-glove client experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
