Job Description
The Customer Service Agent would be responsible for servicing and retaining an existing book of business, advising clients on coverages, completing endorsements, and cancelations, managing retention, and policy issuance for our clients. This role also places a focus on service and sales, encouraging our Service Agents to generate and sell cross-sell opportunities and analyze coverage to meet our client's needs.
