Work Arrangement : Hybrid, Boston-based
Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end design that fuels user growth, increases revenue and optimizes insurance comparison experience.Partner with product, engineering and marketing to ensure seamless integration of design into the business objectives.Oversee and mentor a team of product designers fostering a culture of innovation, data-informed creativity and user-centered design.Experiment with data-driven design approaches to optimize conversion and maximize customer lifetime valueLeverage user research, AB testing and behavioral analytics to iterate on product featuresMonitor design impact on growth, revenue and the businessOwn design roadmap and collaborate with product and engineering leaders to meet company goals and targetsQualifications
10 years of product design experience with 5 years in leadership roles, strong background in growth and revenue-focused design.Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, prototyping platformsDeep understanding of conversion funnel optimizationProven track record of A / B testing and iterative design processesJoin us if you like
