Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager in our Small Business Unit to join our team at Insurors of Texas. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Waco, TX with flexibility for some remote work. As the Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of assigned commercial lines policies. You will establish positive working relationships with clients, underwriters, and team members. The person will handle all renewal marketing and resolve policy issues adapting quickly to changes in workflow.

Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact with clients for all inquiries
- Assemble complete submissions, market and provide proposals.
- Manage the renewal process and provide timely renewal proposals.
- Respond to client request. coordinate with support staff to achieve success.
- Manage client accounts in accordance with established service lines.
- Maintain accurate client data in the agency management system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance coverages and markets.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of commercial lines policies, billing, and coverage a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and insurance software systems(AMS360 preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Minimum two years of experience in Commercial Insurance - preferred
- Property and Casualty Insurance in the State of Texas preferred
