Primary Care Physician Opportunity
Insync Healthcare Recruiters is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in Rockport, TX. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide proactive and preventive care to seniors.
This Physician will focus on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, screenings, and minor injury treatment
- Manage patient care through a value-based care setting
- Foster excellent interpersonal relationships and communication with patients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted medical license
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Geriatric Medicine preferred)
- Active and unrestricted DEA license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fully engaged in the concept of Integrated team-based care model
