You will work collaboratively with the primary care physicians, advanced practice clinicians, physical and occupational therapists to enhance each patient's stay, by setting realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and get back to living their best quality of life.

- Prescribe adaptive devices for safety
- Reduce opioid use through the use of alternative medication and modalities
