In-House Corporate Attorney

The Qualifacts Credible and InSync Legal Team is seeking an experienced attorney with two (2) to three (3) years of general corporate and healthcare experience for a Corporate Counsel position in our new office in Tampa, Florida. The successful candidate will report to the General Counsel and join a rapidly growing, team-oriented organization that is the nationwide industry leader in Electronic Health Record platforms for the Behavioral Health industry. Attorneys with prior in-house experience and a demonstrated interest in the following practice areas will be considered : Customer and vendor contract, drafting, review and negotiationHealthcare and law researchHealthcare regulatory complianceCorporate Compliance programsHIPAA Business Associate AgreementsHIPAA Subcontractor Business Associate AgreementsNondisclosure Agreements (NDA’s)Candidates must have a current Florida Law License, excellent academic credentials and excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal and organizational skills.
