Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for a Salesforce Developer to add to their growing team. Our client is seeking an individual to work primarily in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as their Multi-Channel Subject Matter Expert. You will work with stakeholders to develop successful and effective marketing campaigns based on business requirements and design solutions that fit the business requirements. You will assist in managing their Marketing Cloud customer communications platform with a team of individuals. The organization is looking to improve and grow their Marketing Cloud platform usage with the goal of building better longer-term relationships with customers through enhanced personalized communications to assist customers with all their financial needs.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and develop strategies to achieve them using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create engaging content for email marketing, social media, and other digital channels within Marketing Cloud.
- Design, build, and manage marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, and multi-channel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and maintain data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems using Data Sync, Data Cloud, or other ETL tools.
- Utilize scripting languages such as AMPscript and SQL for customization and personalization of marketing communications.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to optimize targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide technical expertise and support to marketing teams for campaign execution, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
